You could ask things like "How often does your child use your cell phone?" and "If you child uses a cell phone more than once per day, how many hours would you estimate he/she spends on the cell per day?" How about "Do you and your child/family use your cell phone as your primary phone communications method? (ie, you opt not to have a land line in your home so the cell is your only phone available?"

Reply:Think about it- at what age would you give a kid a phone? Would you restrict the times the kid has the phone? Would you put restrictions to teh use of the phone? Would you make the kid pay for overtime out of spending money? What would you do if the kid lost or damaged the phone? Hope that helps you get started.
