What are some good question to ask in a survey about FAST FOOD?

I am researching the impact of it on society, people and the environment, and its continuity and change over time.

What are some good question to ask in a survey about FAST FOOD?
You could:

Ask if people know how much fat is in a typical cheese burger, serving of fries and a shake.

Ask if they know how much fat and calories they should have in a day.

Ask if they are trying or have ever tried to lose weight.

Ask about how frequently they eat fast food.

Ask if they know what their BMI (body mass index) should be.

Ask if they think the garbage from their meal is recyclable.

Ask if they think advertising has an effedt on their eating habits.

Ask if they know the jingle or slogan that is associated with their preferred fast foods.

Ask if they read Fast Food Nation or watched Super Size Me.

Have fun, good luck!
Reply:which is better

chicken

or burger

or fries
Reply:Try to ask parents or kids themselves how many types of veges they eat a day and how many times a week do they eat fast food (it should be once a week not more!!)

It's like an addiction.. their taste buds change and that's why they don't like healthy food .. their saturated with the fats in those food that makes them greeve to eat more!
Reply:Why do so many people eat it when they know its going to kill them...
