I bought a car from a big car company and about a month after they sent me a survey about the customer service. I answered and wrote that the manager was a bit arrogant and explained why. This survey was supposed to be confidential but I got a call today from the manager asking me why I wrote bad comment and everything!!! What can I do? They weren't supposed to tell them who wrote the comments. Thanks for helping me!
Is there a law about the confidentiality when you file a survey?
Wow! I would contact the higher ups of the company! Those are supposed to be confidential!
