SURVEY- What is one PRO and one CON about the home you are living in?

PRO- I love that my house has alot of open spaces and windows really brightnens the whole house





CON- I dont like that fact that we only have on bathroom . I live with dad and my two sisters so you can imagine.

SURVEY- What is one PRO and one CON about the home you are living in?
PRO: I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET OF A VERY HOT GIRL


CON: I THINK IT MAY BE A DUDE IN DRAG...





IM SO CONFLICTED!
Reply:The pros is, it is mine and it is affordable.





The cons is, it is too small and it is an apartment. I am used to a 3 bedroom trailer with 2 bathrooms. Plus I have to climb 17 stairs to get to it, and it is too hard for me to climb them, because I have hip and knee problems.

CON- It's literally haunted. Now I can deal with that, but whatever's haunting likes to make scratching noises at night so I can't sleep and it always tips over my hamper and makes a mess (dont anyone say its a pet doing this, i have no pets)
Reply:PRO,,,Inexpensive,flexible in moving rooms,and could convert in a regular house as one choose to do,I Live in a Mobile Home.





CON,,,,When it gets To Cold,the Floor gets Colder.





But like any House You got to keep up with maintenance's
Reply:PRO - Its nice and new cos no one has lived here before me. Its also a good size and I have a nice view





CON - My neighbours are always arguing and dont throw their rubbish out properly, so we have foxes going through the rubbish and outside looks nasty.
Reply:Pro- I have been in my house for 12 years and the real estate market has more than doubled in that time.





Con- I have no driveway... it's street parking and we have to deal with people parking in front of our house all the time.
Reply:Pro - My house is a split level home 3BR 2.5 Ba/R 2 car garage newly remolded inside and out.





Con - my two next door neighbors one to the left,and the other to my right do not know how to use their lawn mowers .
Reply:Pro- There is a big yard filled with a padio, one really huge deck, and a good sized over ground pool.





Cons- None of my friends live near me, since we live in the "Rich" neighborhood.





I have more pros but I wish I lived near friends.
Reply:One pro is that it is in a very good neighborhood.


One con is that it could use an extra bedroom. We have three bedrooms but one of my son's rooms could be a little bigger.
Reply:Pro-I have a beautiful lawn, garden, and flower beds that I've done all by myself.





con-one bathroom....sucks with me, my husband, and 2 girls.
Reply:Pro - Lots of space, great air flow, decent neighborhood, upstairs, good price, nice nieghbors.





Con - No pets allowed, and I have 4 cats and 6 rats.

Con~I LIVE WITH MY PARENTS!!! UGGHHH!!! nd with my sister, nd theres no other kids on my block around my age, its 2 flat, my grandma lives upstairs





but ya the pro is still very nice lol

Con - It's so far away from my family.

PRO - One payment to cover rent and utilities.


CON - Too small, no yard.

Con- I have 5 brothers but only 2 bathrooms and there's always 2 guys who eat a little too much food. :(

Con: living under the bridge is a little noisy,plus no lock on the front of the cardboard box.
Reply:Pro- The rooms are really big, and we live quite near the town centre, and have lots of shops near us





Con- 3 bedrooms and 9 off us!

CON-The kitchen is too small, the neighbors are strange, and the neighbor's kids are bad!

Con-It's too small.
Reply:Pro: My house is big enough; 3,500 sq. ft. with central air conditioning.





Con: Too far away from cosmopolitan area where I live.

CON- We live where there are a lot of snakes and other creatures that scare me
Reply:Close to town, some great neighbors, but the house is too big.Cleaning goes on forever. It's not a mansion or even close, just too big for me!
Reply:Pro.. it's quiet, con no pizza delivery

Con- I still owe on it.
